Sole Representative Visa Extension

Hi all,

My Sole rep visa extension is approaching soon, Hence, I would like to clarify some questions;

1. What is the earliest you can apply for extension? I'm 4 months away..
2. As part of the documentation, do you require a letter from the bank confirming business account?
3. Where can you obtain share register? is this available from companies house?
4. My business plan mentions about recruiting staff etc. but unfortunately circumstances didn't warrant for new staff hiring but the need was managed by adapting different strategies. Is this a problem as far as visa extension is concerned?
