I have got ILR couple of weeks back and wanted to understand whether I can apply for naturalization straight away ?
The reason why I ask is my wife is a British citizen (passport holder) and when I was reading through the UK government website it states that
“You can apply as soon as you have one of the following
indefinite leave to remain (ILR) in the UK
Spouse of a British citizen
Has been in UK for 3 years
Passed life in Uk test
Skills in English language
Good character
2 referral
So my question is can I apply for naturalization straight away and not wait for 12 months .
Please note that my wife had become UK citizen a year back , so would that still qualify?

You read the guidance from the government. You can apply now provided you satisfy all requirements. The date your wife became a British citizen is not relevant as long as she was British on the date you gained ILR.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Note there's only one form for naturalisation, Form AN, link here:
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1697705242
The visa route is not relevant - it's ILR that's needed, amongst the other requirements.

Yes you can, you will need to provide proof of marriage and respect all other requirements.

I understood what you meant to say, it's a common question.
What matters is that your wife was a BC the date you got your ILR ,per my earlier post

You're free to travel. It's not like ILR.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
