No and we don't know any more than what anyone else knows as reported in the media today. There are multiple processes/steps that have to take place before the rules are changed. The main message is a planned increase to SW threshold salary, a ban on care workers dependents and an increase on minimum income to sponsor family members.
I believe that the ihs increase was known before.
