I am so happy to let you all know that I got my visa approved until dec 5 , 2026 ( 3 years ).

I hope they will refund partial IHS as I have paid for over 3 years.

Another question ---

When both parents has ILR, is children eligible to apply citizenship without applying ILR ?
Children stayed in UK over 5 years and on dependent visa.
Children born outside UK.

Children born outside the UK have no entitlement to British citizenship. The child can only be granted ILR when both parents settle. In this case, the child can register as British when the child holds ILR and at least one parent is British

624 *2 =1248 . 2 years IHS has given back to my account.

I thought to share as may be there are people wondering about it :)

I did not go for BRP appointment. I think the mobile app did that in my case.

Thanks
