ok!

when I choose -
I own
How much mortgage do you pay each month? (Required) = 1504 pounds (my husband only pays from his bank account)
If you do not have a mortgage enter 0

Please note: the mortgage on both names though - please advise accordingly!!

Is that be good that I am not sharing paying towards mortgage whereas I pay bills instead from my account and covering expenses - using credit cards and stuff
It's not a problem, enter what hubby pays. The earlier stated consent form covers this
Hi there!! A quick question;

Does Naric (English Assessment) has any validity as I had that 1st spouse visa application from Jan 2019 - is that be ok to use same one?
It can be reused.

Ok, Thank you!!

and another question for one of the cohabitation:
1. Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK - what document shall I justify this?

You already established a life in UK nearly most of the documents you supplied points to this.

so not necessarily to submit something specific then?

Cohabitation alone is fine, yes?

Hi there!

I have done the application so far.

As you had mentioned, there is no consent form listed in the documents? should I still provide the permission to live at the property letter?

can you share me the consent form to be signed from my partner joint and applicants singed form please?

Thank you!

Hello!!

My last verify the application documents from the checklists:

what are documents should I be submitting for below;

1. Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK

2. Evidence of council tax costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live

3. Evidence of monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live

Kindly please give me suggestions for these 3 questions asked at the end of the application?

Thank you!

You do not need to provide any extra reasons why you need to stay in the UK. If you do, the system will generate a document list asking you to provide evidence for this. This is not needed for someone who qualifies normally and does not need to provide any other reason to stay in the UK. Ignore this

The rest is regarding the adequate accommodation requirements under the family route, see the relevant guide on this matter: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... dation.pdf

Ok, thank you for the reply! much relief..

this questions below that I am planning to give, could you tell whether this be ok?

2. Evidence of council tax costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live

- Providing council tax from my local council post, is that be enough for this question?

3. Evidence of monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live

- Providing my both mortgage offer letter from the bank / Land Registry / Contract Exchanged / Utility Bills on our both names (water bill / council tax / Gas & Electric bills - are they enough for this? or should I still needs a cover letter to be given?

Hi people!! @AmazonianX and gurus!!

I am ready for my application.

How shall I get the super-priority visa?

could you please tell me the step by step?

Should pay the application fees, then it re-direct to UKVCAS to get the super-priority fees?

Or I should be able to book one during the application after declaration step from the application 1st step?

I don't want to go standard service as I have to travel as planned events in aboard and don't want to hold my application for months

Kindly please advise by step by step in order to secure the super-priority visa?

Thank you all!!

Hi there!

I have managed to book an appointment now.

Should I need to take the print out of checklists and application form to be printed and upload them again at the end of application that comes up?

Thank you!

Unlikely. Ukvi website says if your appointment is on a weekend, you could get a decision only by the end of the next working day

A reminder that super priority service is not a guaranteed service.

Hi Guys!

As there are some threads really makes confusing and panicking, just wanted to double checking on the dates that I have planned.

I was on a tier 2 dependant visa before this family route.

Spouse Family Route:

First approval of spouse visa from - 03/01/2019 my visa valid till 17/03/2024
originally 5 years ends on 3 January 2024 from 03/01/2019 ( minus 28 days from 03/01/2024 which is 06 December 2023) and its only 4 years 11 months only - is that be ok? PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE!

I have submitted, paid for super-priority on 8th December 2023 at 12:30 AM and booked for the bio-metric on Saturday

Would that be fine to go ahead right?

Hi AmazonianX and CR001!!

I have changed my appointment to 11th Dec Monday, biometric done at 10:00AM in croydon UKVCAS office.

- now it's more than the promising time and no emails received.

Only a email received from UKVCAS that they have submitted my application to UKVI.

I know you said not guaranteed, what should I do as I have paid for super-priority service?

Could you someone let me know what can be done?

If they require any info from us, they should have asked us by now right?

many thanks

Hi, yes. we do double checking on spam/junk all emails - no emails from UKVI.

how long roughly we can wait?

If they would required something, they would have come to us by now right?
