I assume you have a URN (unique reference number) on the digital cert? If yes, click "yes".

Hi,

Yes option is either;
certificate(which I don’t have a hard copy but they sent me digital certificate but I cannot print it)

Or

Unique references number
And it ask the awarding body and unique reference number.I chose this but I don’t know if I’m right.

You are right, input the Unique Reference Number URN and indicate Trinity College London as the awarding body.

6 letters if addressed to you both, 6 each if individually addressed from at least 3 sources evenly spaced 3-4months appart covering last 2 years preceeding the currentbapplication you are putting in.
At the end of the day it is what you have that you will provide. Not heard of refusal due to insufficient cohabitation correspondence.

The date of application is NOT strictly used to calculate lawful residence: How to apply early and benefit from the date of the ILR decision ?

There are no new rules announced. Nothing has changed. It is all media buzz at this moment. Any rule changes will be announced next year, probably to come into effect from April 2024

Financial requirements ILR

Post by susierolaleverton » Thu Dec 07, 2023 10:54 pm

Hello,
Can anyone pls give me advice I was confused what to put for this question?

Question:What was the income (in GBP) from self-employment in the last financial year?
This is the income (i.e. profit), not turnover. Please provide the figure before tax and National insurance deductions. Get the figures from either form SA302 or SA300.

My husband is self employed and it says in his tax calculation for 2022/2023 total income received is 24,070 is that the one I have to put but then on his income and expenditures account for the April 2023 his fees received is 42,063 I confused what to put on thanks.

You often see this value on the self-assessment form as 'total income on which tax has been charged'. It is total income minus the expenditure, before any tax is calculated (so it is net income)

On what date did you enter UK after the grant of your initial spouse visa?
It is not 28days before visa runs out, it is 28days before completing 60months in UK.
