ILR application date

Post by ukvisa123 » Fri Dec 08, 2023 2:57 pm

Hi,

My husband was issued entry clearance in Sep 2019 Family route (spouse)
He entered UK on 12th Oct 2019.
Renewal July 2022
Visa valid until 25/01/2025

Am I right in thinking we can apply for SET(M) from 14th Sep 2024?

Thanks

If HO presses ahead with the £38700 hopefully not, will the requirement apply to ILR application as well?

As has been answered multiple times across the forum, we do not know. We know exactly the same as everyone else at this stage.

This question is now being answered every so few post. The policy makers are not on this forum and even so they are contradicting one another and nothing is set in stone yet.
The policy is not concluded on yet, no changes made yet and yes, it is same information available to you in the media that we also have.

Hi All,

My husband passed life in UK test in 2014. Can that test result be used for ILR application this year?

Thanks
