Good Evening Respected Members,
Hope you are well. As the minimum income requirement for the spouse visa increased to £38700. I will apply for my wife & daughter visa extension in September 2024. Minimum income requirement I will show in my payslips is £38700 or more as I will apply for my 6 years old daughter as well.
I am British citizen, & I will apply for my wife & daughter visa extension. I also have a 10 month son who is also British citizen.

1. Do NOT tag your questions onto other members topics. It is considered rude and unfair to other posters.

2. The minimum income requirement has NOT been increased yet. It was only a statement by the government of possible changes reported by the media. It is anticipated that any changes will only come into effect in the Spring 2024. No one knows anymore than what has been reported or even if the changes will affect those currently on spouse visas!
