IHS Refund

Hello
I had a Skilled Worker Visa until April 2025. Now I switched to a different employer and received a new CoS. Can anyone please suggest if I can claim a refund for the IHS fee on previous visa?

It should be automatically refunded in 6-8 weeks, however, last year it didn't happen in my case and I had to escalate this via their contact centre.

Could you pls let me know the contact centre details for escalation.. I am waiting for over 1 year now:(
