If you ARE applying for First-time Passport THEN
website(https://passporttracking.dfa.ie/PassportTracking/) IS NOT UPDATING
PROGRESS BAR STAYED THE SAME THE LAST FEW DAYS
ONLY WAY TO FIND OUT YOUR PROGRESS IS
PHONE THEN
