My spouse and children (under 16 years) current Skilled worker Dependent visa expires in April 2024, can they submit their extension application this month?

How many years and or months have they spent on the route already? Any reason why you want to do the extension now?

Thanks for your reply. They are in UK for around 2.6 years. Because I heard from Jan 2024 IHS fees will be increased.

I am filling my PBS dependent kids extension application, I am stuck at "Have you been to the UK in the past 10 years?" they are already in UK and travelled 2 times outside the UK in the past 2 years. I already mentioned this in Travel History (Other). What should I select?

whats the link of the application you are applying? as I am currently filing under Skilled Worker Child Dependant and I have not received this question....

Questions in my form are:
How long have you lived in the UK?
Since you started living in the UK have you spent time outside the UK?

I am filling PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner, it is showing under Travel History (UK) heading. I am filling extension form for my dependant partner and children inside UK.

I have just checked word by word...I also started filling the application with the same URL and in my application 'TYPE OF VISA / APPLICATION' is DEPENDANT PARTNER.....Not sure which one is correct....

Under Eligibility section - I have chosen:
Has your spouse or partner applied to work or study in the UK? YES
Is your partner in the UK now? YES
Was your spouse or partner in the UK when they applied? NO
What visa have they applied for? Skilled worker
Has your partner been informed they are eligible for a Health and Care visa? NO

Last time when I applied for 1st dependant extension - Type was 'PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner' but I was told PBS partner is changed to Skilled worker dependant!!

Any suggestions by moderators please??

did you select the option - 'I do not have a phone that can use the app' and then it lands ultimately to below application form:

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... ytics=true

if you select 'Use the app' method then the form is very different....I suppose this is where the difference is...

Can you please confirm on urgent basis?

Thanks @tekprince

What did you answer against below questions in this form

1. Which visa or permission to stay has <wife> applied for or been granted? - Skilled Worker (Including Tier 2 General)

2. Do you have one of these Home Office reference numbers for <wife> - it lists <UAN / BRP / GWF> option.

What should I mention here - ILR BRP/UAN or Naturalisation UAN?...little confused here as my application is based on her CoS / ILR but she is British now!!

3. Do you have <wife> passport - I have mentioned British Passport number

4. Regarding IHS fees:

I became dependant starting Nov, 2019....first dependant BRP - Nov'2019 to Dec'2020
First Dependant visa extension - 19 Jan'2021 to 19 Jan'2024
Renewal dependant visa extension - which is for next 3 years I believe...how should I calculate this 3 years? shall I mention start date as 20 Jan'24 + 3 years (as end date?)
