ILR Super Priority and documents

Post by anwarn2023 » Sun Dec 10, 2023 2:49 pm

Dear All,

I am applying for ILR after 5 years. I have nearly filled an application. 2 questions I have stated that "Please see the cover letter". I am at the last stage to pay 3885 to pay for priority service.
I am just wondering what documents are needed to upload afterwards?
will be grateful for any advice and response.

Useful to state your visa route! Different routes have different requirements
Char (CR001 not Casa)

The application lists what you should provide as evidence which is mostly same things but updated for the ones you used for FLRM.

Thank you!
I have B1 which I used initially and it’s valid.
Do you think it’s still acceptable.
Also, when I need to upload the documents? I am waiting for my employer letter.

Thanks AmazonianX!

I submitted my application with £3885 fee Plus £139 for biometric apptt.

I am now in process to upload the documents.

One of the documents I need to upload is the following.

Evidence as directed by Appendix FM-SE for a director or a non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK

Can you help me what evidence is required? I have a company but not running.

I have a full employment of £42k PAYE. I have uploaded my previous 6 payslips and bank statement.

But I also mentioned that i am a director of the company. Company is not running. In the upload section, asking to provide following evidence.

This has been answered many times on the forum. You answer yes based on the route you would like to apply not answer the questions on the form as full disclosure. If you say you are a director, it is assumed you are trying to apply under category F or G. You should ignore the documents requested for your directorship

Hi,
I am stuck at only one document to upload.
Can I upload the covering letter or just leave it blank?
"Evidence as directed by Appendix FM-SE for a director or a non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK"
All other required documents are uploaded and my biometrics appointment is on Saturday.

Hi,
I have submitted biometrics but just now realise that I have made a mistake in the form regarding travelling history in the last 5 years.
I mentioned I didn't travel but I actually did travel Norway for 2 weeks.
