Can someone please guide me if I can apply for my wife last FLR FP extension before the IHS surcharge increase on 16th Jan, her visa expiring in 28 March 2014, its her last extension she has been in UK for 8 years.

Apply around Jan 10th, 2024, delay biometrics for 3 weeks or so. That takes you into second week of Feb. Go with Standard processing. This would leave you with extant leave when you need to apply for ILR. Takes away the pressure.

thanks for your reply, how much earlier I can apply before the Visa expiry ??? I wont have any issue for ILR as 8 years have already been completed and will only need 2 more years visa validity.

You can apply today if you liked. Provided the calculations allow you have extant leave as you've acclaimed. There's really no time frame for renewals.

Hi Can someone please answer this.

I am filling out form for Partner FLR FP. It has a question for Partner Employment which say Are your Partner Working ?? I am self Employed , DO I need to Put Yes to it . But If I say Yes, it asks to provide Pay Slips, Employment Letter, and Bank Statements etc. While I am self employed. There is no section for self Employed persons ??

As I asked earlier , does someone know , in FLR FP , there is no question for self employenmt . Only Are you employe or Not . So do the self employed people need to put Yes to that question ? And send Self employed tax return instead of payslips etc ?
