Travel outside UK

I have my current BRP expiring on 31st Dec 2024.
I have plans to travel in July outside UK and return in September 2024.
Will there be any immigration issues regarding this matter?

Why would there be one. You have a valid BRP when returning.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
