Work Experience Letters

Hi,
I was working with company X for 4.5 years , in the role of Senior system analyst. I resigned this company X and this company gave me a Release letter (not in a format that HSMP requires) . It has my start dates and end datees and my position mentioned,
Now i am in Company Y since 1.5 years and i will manage to get a referance letter in the HSMP format.
Now i have 2 questions :
1. IS it okie to submit the Release letter of Comapany X ?
2. Can i claim senior level exp on basis of this 2 letters ?

Try as much as possible to get an hsmp-format reference letter from coy X, it is important if u need to get the points for senior level experience or any point at all, also submit your release letter from X as well

get same hsmp format refrence from x, u may also include offer letter
