EUTR3 timeline update

Sharing my recent timeline for EUTR3 application, maybe this will help others!

Family originally here pre-brexit with EU1 / Stamp 4EUFAM.
Later switched to Brexit withdrawal beneficiary status.
Stamps were expiring at the start of November. I submitted the EUTR3 paperwork early in October.

After about 2 weeks we got permission to get temporary 6 month extensions while the paperwork processed, along with a request for more proof of residence for some years. They clearly looked at this really fast, figured out what was missing and got back to us.

Mid December we received approval.

Total time from mailing to receiving letters: 2 and a half months exactly.

Would you please assist me on EUTR3 paper work ?
Is applicant also suppose to submit paperwork by her or him self with Sponsor paper work Can you please confirm it ?
