Cases rejected - Maintenance Funds proof older than 7 days.

Hi,

Since the rule has changed now and all the cases which were rejected SOLELY on the basis that the proof provided for Maintenance Funds was older than 7 days from the date of application, will be reviewed..........Anyone has any idea as to how these cases will be reviewed? How do we have to get in touch with the BHO? My case was rejected in June 2008 due to this reason and i want to get it reviewed now.......Please help..

Well I guess the best way would be to send HO an email. They normally respond pretty quickly (2/3 days that is)
