Hi Admin team,

My child is born in UK in June 2019. We are from india. Been on ICT visa first and switched to skilled worker visa 2 years ago. We want to know when we can apply for our child's ILR? . Can we apply for my child before we both are eligible in 10 years route for ILR?
A friend told we can directly apply for the child after 7 years. Kindly help.

Note that a uk born child does not need ilr if you intend to register them as british.
