NARIC Letter

Hi,

I got the NARIC Letter last week. Actually I thought of applying by end of this month. And now I changed my mind and planning to apply in the month of coming March.

So, Can I use the NARIC Letter, which I got now, in March for Tier-1 application? Please suggest me.
