FLR letters and when can I apply?

Wife's spouse Visa applying for FLR.

Can people check if i have got the correct documents and if i need to add anything please?

My annual salary is £24,800

Have employment letter is dated 14/12/2023 but I will get a new one because not sure the application can be submitted yet?

Have 6 payslips for July, August, September, October, November and December

My letters are

1) DBS Certificate dated 07 July 2021
2) Union Letter dated April 2022
3) Severn Trent dated July 2022
4) More than Insurance dated 09 September 2023
5) HMRC dated 21 September 2023
6) People Pension 24 September 2023

Wife's' letters

1) NHS Letter dated 30 November 2021
2) Coucil Tax 22/23 joint named bill dated 3 January 2023
3) DBS Letter dated 13 April 2022
4) DBS Certificate dated 2nd Novermber 2022
5) Council Tax 23/24 joint named bill dated 21/03/2023
6) P45 Dated - 06/12/2023
7) Employment letter dated 03/01/2024

Wife has got more NHS letters do you think it is worth adding?

She can apply a little earlier than that; technically, she can apply whenever she wants, but new visa will be given for 2.5 years from the date of issue - need to ensure there's no shortfall. As you can apply for ILR 28 before competing 5 years, applying should be feasible about 20 dys before first entry date.
