A Question about EUTR3 application

Hello everyone
I have a question regarding EUTR3 application.
In this application are applialcants suppose to provide work activities in state??
Or just need to provide activities documentation related to work for Sponsor Eu National????
Can anyone clarify me please?

You need to provide Eu National work activities in Ireland.
