Urgent! Advice regarding english language reqts

Asking for a friend, case worker is asking for more information on english requirements (twice now)

- UK Masters degree completed in Sept 2011
- Left UK in Apr 2013.
..
- Back to UK in Jan 2022 on Student Dependant
- Last month - Switching from Student Dependant to Skilled Worker
-- provided all docs for above, wrt english language requirements for main applicant, hes given his Masters degree certificate from UK completed in Sept 2011.

Case Worker is asking for english language requirements still.

Is his degree certificate not valid in this scenario?

Not sure about requirements/eligibility with a UK degree completed in the past and re-entered.

However, I got mine with Ecctis

Could go through the route of ECCTIS but he has got a Degree Certificate from UK ofc taught in English. Not sure why the case worker thinks thats not right

My study was done outside UK, but Ecctis is pretty straightforward to apply and get the certificate if that solves your query for visa application.
