Hi all.
My wife is completing first 2.5 years stay of spouse visa in uk at the end of january.if we apply periorty service on sppose 7th january.
What will the date on new BRP?
Will she short fall at the time of ILR?

You can apply 28days before completing 30months in UK, a date that is advantageous to applicant will be used for the decision.

It depends greatly on when she initially entered the UK. Regardless, she has to apply in January before expiration of current leave.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Hi .i am filling spouse visa exention form.
In a question of child dependant it says provide birth certificate of both parents.
We both dont ve birth certificates.what to Do?TIA

I wote my name then it says
Birth certificate of both parents if i dont tick the box it not lets me go on

It seems some glitch on the application portal, some ridiculous questions coming up these days.
If you both don't have birth certificates, any form of documentation for this e.g. Court declaration, affidavit?
