Hi, my 3-year skilled work visa obtained through my employer is set to expire in February. I initially switched from a tier 4 visa, and during that transition, the immigration skill charge was exempt. However, my employer is now uncertain about the category for applying for my Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) – whether it remains ISC exempt or if they need to pay I don’t want to get in a situation where employer have selected wrong categories and it caused issues. I've tried researching online, but I'm unsure myself. Can you provide guidance on this matter?
