SET LR - CHILD

Post by Shanvasu » Tue Jan 16, 2024 4:05 pm

Hello experts,

I have my British citizenship sorted now and it's time of my wife and son to get an ILR.

They have 10 years continuous lawful residence with visa type ICT dependent and FLR M, I'm now planning to apply visa for them and I have below clarification, please clarify.

1. Do they both need to apply separate application form? or I can join with my wife?
2. Is there any document, I need to supply for my son?
is this correct form to submit - https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1700668878

please advise on above points.

Each must apply separately using the form SET(LR) which is the link you posted above. You do not need to provide anything for the child
