Change of employer and dependent

My sister came to UK on tier 2 dependent visa 4 months ago and now her husband cahnged the employer and got the new BRP card but my sister did not apply new dependent visa.

Did she need to apply the visa again or her previous 5 year visa is fine.

Help is really appreciated.

She not dependent on the employer, she is dependant of the husband. No need for new application, can continue on the visa/leave she has already.
