What document should I include for below category.

1) Proof of living in the UK for 5 years
2) If passport entry / exit stamps - is it just for last 5 years and pages with stamps only?

2) If passport entry / exit stamps - is it just for last 5 years and pages with stamps only? Yes - bio and stamped pages covering the 5 year period
