Filling application for ilr

Hi there,,,i am half way filling my wife's ILR application. There is section ask about DO YOU OWN OR RENT YOUR HOME?
1. OWN
2. I RENT
3. NEITHER OWN OR RENT
I AM OWN A PROPERTY AND I PAY MORTGAGE IN FULL. just wondering which one i should tick ? Is that 1 or 3? Many thanks

Obviously it is number 1 if you own a property!
