New Immigration rules on 11 march

Dear all senior members I need your assistance.
Please guide me I am going to apply for care worker with my family in first week of March 2024, And my application will be with Home office while new immigration rules on 11 March 2024 comes in place. Will this effect my application?
Or not ? If I apply before 11 March ?

The rules have not been published yet, so hard to advise accurately.

The norm is that the rules in the date of application would apply for applications already submitted. So you should be fine if you apply before 11th March.

But I would not leave it till the last minute to do so. The earlier you do it, the safer and better.
