Some applications get approved with one month utility per year , others have to submit more- depends on case officer and quality of other proofs (a poor quality A proof like bank statements with low number of POS means only one month per year for B is typically rejected - because overall, application is deemed poor quality) . Three months per year is almost always accepted and helps strengthen total application; one month it varies - so three months is the typical recommendation. A request for more documents will typically add 6 months to an already long processing time, but you are free to choose.
