Hello

That means I dont have to submit all the invoices throught the year. Pick only 2 from the year (eg. Feb and September 2021, March and October 2022)
Correct ?

Asking as all the invoices are generated monthly.

You need evidence spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months to prove cohabitation.

Just 2 per year is not sufficient. A member recently did this and has been asked to provide additional evidence, delaying their application.

I got you.

I m uploading all the invoices of last 2 years.
Council tax : 2 invoices - 2 years
Water bill : 4 invoices - 2 years
Gas bill : 24 invoices - 2 years
Electricity bills : 24 invoices - 2 years

In total it’s about 54 invoices. I was thinking to upload less but anyways I have merged the file and shrink the memory so I can upload them.

Thank you guys.

You have uploaded far too many. You do not need 24 months of each!!

Overkill. Take a couple of correspondence. Note the even distribution of 3-4 months interval. Prune down on gas and electricity bills.

Has someone recently dowloaded CAR from Compnay house ?

Hello

Current appointment report and filling history page service has been discounted by company house and they have replaced it as Company snapshot. You can create account and download from company house website.
I confirmed from calling them.
Hope this helps someone.

I m applying for ILR in about a week time.

The docs I prepared are below: please advice if something missing

2* passports and brp
2* life in the uk
1* uk master degree
1* b1 certificate
2 * consent forms signed
Cohabitation documents : about 6 documents spreaded.

HMRC CT 600 and company accounts for last year
Incorporation certificate
Corporation tax payment receipt
Company information snapshot (current appointment report and filling history page)
Business premise lease, rent invoice and business insurance

Business Bank account signatory letter and last 2 months statements

Job creation evidence
2 part time employees
1 full time employee

3* employees passports, payslips, p60 and p45
RTI

Question:

1- I granted extension visa on 02/08/2022
So can I count 12 months from 1/08/2022 ?

* employee has worked atleast 13 months with us so shouldn’t be issue

2- I m applying 26 days before completing 5 years.
Entered uk on 12/3/2019

Correct ?

Thank you everyone

Hello. I filled the application form.

For few questions
1- in other documents they asked for
A-declaration signed by me to confirm consent for the home office to request verification checks (part 1 - correct ?) and
B- consent form for the home office to request verification checks on me for joint accounts or third party support (part 2- correct ?

* i thought part 2 suppose to be signed by spouse but there is my name on it.
Please advise me on above.

2- consent for the home office to request verification checks for joint account or third party support

Is the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people ?

Shall I say no ?

As only one utility bill is joint account me and my wife.

In financial support I ticked NO.

Please advice me on above.

Thank you.

Part 1 is signed by the application, part 2 signed by the spouse, part 3 is ignored

Hi
I have uploaded all the documents.

Evidence of immigration status in UK
Which document shall I add here ?

They have asked separately for BRP where I have uploaded. Or shall I upload the BRP again.

Thank you.

Evidence of immigration status is the BRP!

No issues with mentioning BRP as evidence more than once in the application. One scanned copy uploaded as evidence is enough to verify all the fields.

Hello for cohabiting documents I have taken like 3-4 docs a year in each category. Like water bill, electricity bills, gas bill and council tax.
But where I am uploading it says the doc should cover the whole period of 2 years.

“If you have added a spouse or civil partner to this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse”

Shall I leave as I have prepared or I should add documents which cover the whole period?

The issue is if I cover the whole period there will be so many documents like above 100 bills.

Please advice me on above

Thank you.

They should be spaced 3-4months apart to cover 2years. Does not mean you have to show documents for each week or how did you arrive at over 100bills?

I have took 3-4 bills from each year for utility.

I get 1 bill each month so one utility they are 24 bills for 2 year multiply by 4 utility and bank statement and other docs.

Anyways I m limiting the docs to 3-4 invoices for each utility.

Thank you

Hello everyone

Just quick one.

I have 2 children. One got visa till Aug 2024 and second child born 4 months ago.

For the first child I need to apply for naturalisation MN1 form. After we get ILR
Correct ?

For the second child we havnt got anything except birth certificate.
So do we still need to get naturalisation after we get ilr
Or can we straight apply for passport ?

LASTLY, if we get our ILR can I travel with my older daughter who has visa till Aug 2024. Even though I will have ILR. does it matter if my visa category will be changed ?

Thank you

Please ask British Citizenship questions in the British Citizenship sub forum. These questions are not relevant to your ILR topic or the ILR sub forum.

Fine to travel as long as they have a valid visa.
