thanks a lot friend for quick response..nnj10 wrote:Hi Abhijack,
See my take on your Queries:
1) Doubts regarding home office reference number:
I would use HSMP Ref. No. as HSMP#123456 for main Applicant.
Don't know about dependant.
2) Doubt regarding previous earnings claim:
You should use your gross earnings (before tax) for calculating points.
I think, all of the Income is Taxable, so really don;t know what sort of non-taxable income you are referring to.
Althought P60, will not cover your full claim period you can still send it, that should not do any harm to your application.
3) Doubt regarding points for qualification:
I think you are required to write whatever grade you passed your qualification, be it, Pass/Second/First Class etc.
Hope this is of some help.

taxable income is more than enough..push_hsmp wrote:You can not claim reimbursements however some items though non-taxable are permitted to be included in the Earnings. Gross Income is different from taxable income due to some incentives.
If your taxable income is sufficient for meeting the earning points, go ahead and use it.
thanks a lot mate..nnj10 wrote:You can not include any non-taxable income like mileage expenses/ food expenses etc.. because it is not your regular income and more over it is just a form of re-imbursement of the actual expenses you made out of your pocket.
I think there is a reference to it in the Policy Guidance(see Para. 111)
