Child born in uk in August 2023 for tier 2 parents
And eligible to apply citizenship though mn1 on July 2024. We are not traveling to outside of uk . In this mean time child is eligible for free gp consultation, vaccination’s and health visitors without visa. Please advise for what nhs type of visits is going to charge

Your child is covered for the first 3 months. After that, you can be charged for anything. All you mentioned falls under the same umbrella, NHS!

Get you child health insurance.

Is gp and vaccinations are not free ? As I seen few topics here only for treatment it will charged if we admitted.

GP and A&E visits should be free but it's up to the GP practice to decide whether or not they'll accept new patients. Vaccinations are usually given by practice nurses at your GP practice.

A child will be entitled to free NHS hospital treatment in England ONLY for 3 months after being born in the UK unless such a child obtains a valid leave or is registered as British. Any other NHS treatment will be charged when appropriate. You receive the service and then the NHS will send you a bill for the treatment provided
