Dear Sir/Madam

I hope all the folks on this forum is fine and happy.

My question on behalf of my brother. He got IT Visa and came UK last month and got his BRP (Restricted work) but his wife and children's BRP also mentioned RESTRICTED WORK!

It is therefore kindly advise us what we do know? Can they request Home Office to remove RESTRICTED WORK on his family BRP? or they can do any work (family)?

Your kind help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

On his family BRP mentioned 'Restricted Work - No work as Sportsperson'.

Can they do any work?

There's no "Web developer" visa.

Does he have a skilled worker visa? Intra Company Transfer?

Please give the exact visa category.

On his COS mentioned 'Skilled Worker (New hires - defined)' and job title 'Web Devloper' and job type 'Web design and development professionals'.

Then the visa category is a Skilled Worker visa, not IT visa!

Skilled worker dependents have work restriction as cannot work as a sportsperson or sports coach.

Any other work is fine.
