IN10 - Driving without an Insurance & Tier 2 - Skilled Worker Visa Extension

Post by gauthamg717 » Thu Mar 07, 2024 12:17 am

Hello,

I drove my friend's car one night without an insurance (since he was not in a condition to drive). I was stopped by the police and they found out that I don't have an insurance. They took all my details and within 3-4 working days, I received a FPN of 300 Pounds and 6 points on my Licence. I have paid the FPN also within one day itself. My question is, I have my Skilled Worker Visa renewal coming this May/June (2024). I wanted to know whether this would result in any refusal of my visa extension. Kindly help me.

Thank you.

I don't think this will have any effect on your renewal.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know in which section (in the visa application) I need to mention this under?
