Salary increases from 26k to 28k

One of cousin got his visa but he want come to uk after April. As he stuck with his grandfather which is not very well

we all know
The minimum salary to be sponsored for a Skilled Worker visa will increase, with the baseline minimum rising from £26,200 to £38,700.

My question is is this will effect my cousin salary. He’s already got his visa but he want to come to uk after the 4th april.
Can someone help plz

As he has his visa already, no detrimental effect on him.
Hope hos employer is aware of his plan

It’s a big relief
So we shouldn’t be worried about it
He can come after 4th of June
And he will be still under the old category (£26200).

He asked his employer and his employer wasn’t sure that what category he will be in.
