Urgent help required

Post by iceice855 » Fri Mar 08, 2024 6:49 pm

I received this today in response the review of the minister to revoke my EU Treaty Rights from 2016 to 2021, if there's anyone out there with good legal understanding that can explain to me if its positive and if there any restrictions.

Whilst the Minister affirms the finding of 15/12/2022 in relation to Regulation 8 of the Regulations of 2015, the Minister has decided to set aside the decision of 15/12/2022 to revoke your residence card/permission, and substitute with a revocation in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 8 of the Regulations of 2015.
This means that you had no entitlement to derive a right of residence in the State from 29/11/2016 for the purpose of future determinations of immigration matters in the State or under the Regulations. For the sake of clarity while you had no entitlement to derive a right of residence from 29/11/2016 the determination to revoke your residence card/permission from 29/11/2016 to 28/11/2021 has been set aside.
The decision to refuse your application to be treated as a permitted family member of a UK national does not interfere with any rights which you may have under the Constitution or Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. In any subsequent proposed decision where such interference may arise, please note that full and proper consideration will be given to these rights.
Your EU Treaty Rights review application (2xxxxx-REVW-xx) is now closed.

If you can’t afford a lawyer, Google the following organisations and ask if they can provide support:

Doras, Citizens Information, Nasc, Crosscare Migrant Project, Immigrant Council of Ireland, Migrants Rights Centre.
