Hello everyone, been hearing a lot of issues from some applicants who got defined COS in health care. The employers sponsoring these applicants failed to provide them with the job when they came to the UK. I have heard this is happening a lot now given the deadline is fast approaching. I am just curious how the sponsor can get away with doing something like this if they don't even give anything in writing to these new employees?
I am kinda worried about my brother now given that he is on a 5 year sponsorship and if his company decides to fire him for whatever reason then what option does he have to stay in the country?
