Work without stamp

Hello everyone , i'm juste arrived to ireland , i have deal with a company for recruitement to work like a healthcare assistant , i'm eu spouse , i was wondering can i work without waiting temporary stamp because i realy need to work , thanks

I assume you arrived on either a visitor visa or as a visitor, so no. You have to get a stamp, so you have a documented right to work.

Yes i arrived by visa C to joing my spouse EU , so i have to apply for residence and get the temporary stamp for work , unfortnetly that take much time

@Meself2 is right most employers will ask for IRP however it also depends. Legally you are allowed to work for the 3 months grace period (Some EU countries allow it). First get a PPSN, bank account and then ask the health care agency if they can allow you to work while your application is in process. Show them a proof you are EU spouse, applied for EUTR and best if you have EUTR remarks on your landing stamp.
