Dependent VISA while Primary ILR application in progress.

Hello guys my partner's company will be applying for his ILR through standard route and because my dependent visa is also expiring I will be applying for the Skilled worker dependent visa extension at the same time. I have few questions regarding my application

1.) Because my partner's company is applying his ILR via standard route(6 months) how long does it actually takes to get the approval ?

2.) When I will apply for dependent VISA extension using my partenr's ILR application what details will I be putting from my partner's ILR application ?

3.) Will I get the decision before or after my partner's ILR approval decision ? Asking because it says 8 weeks on the skilled visa extension portal

Now that my sw dependent extension visa is in progress with the Home Office, my employer is asking me to complete the right to work check which expires on 7th April but the decision will take more time. What can I provide them as proof that I am allowed to work until my visa application is in progress ?
