Urgent Help with IHS form for settlement visa for Child

My wife is having UK ILR. Our Child is born in the UK, and has Indian Passport. We are currently applying for her visa from India, to allow the baby to enter the UK on dependent visa.

After filling in the application I am redirected to IHS Website where it asks for "The person you're joining or remaining with"
That would be my wife's details. It asks for the visa route. I don't see any option mentioning ILR.

The possible option I can think of would be to select the Visa route as "Settlement". When I select visa route as Settlement. None of the visa types there seems relevant. The list is

a) Child & Other Dependent of Settled Person
b) Civil Partnership
c)Family Reunion -Other Dependent relatives
d)Husband
e) Parents, grandparents & other dependent relatives. There is a few more option which is even less relevant

Could anyone please help who are in the same situation, as we need to bring by daughter to the UK.

Was the child born in the UK before or after the date your wife got ILR?

If child was born in the UK after a parent has ILR, then child is automatically British. Child may apply for either a British passport or a CoE-RoA. Child cannot apply for a UK visa.

But can this be applied wile outside the UK? Currently the child needs to return to the UK with the mother, hence we thought it would be a dependent visa via the Family route.

RoA is the quickest and the child will need a foreign passport to do this application.
