Additional Documents requested by UK visa team

I'm trying to send the additional documents to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk for my wife dependent visa, but its not getting delivered its getting failed.

Please assist me on this as I need to submit the documents ASAP.

For peace of mind, do check again each alphabet in the email address and resend

May help if you post the actual full message from the failed delivery report. In my experience, the clue is always in the message and could be anything e.g. 'user mailbox full', 'remote server rejects connection', 'user does not exist' etc

Pease check the size of the mail, it shouldn't be over 25MB.
