Salary Requirement under new Skilled worker route

Hi Mods,

A question for my cousin - She is on Post Study Work expiring in Jan 2025.

Her employer is happy to provide CoS but in Sept 2024, however we are not sure if the salary band will be under new rules of £38,700?

Can anyone advise on this?

Employer is not too sure at the moment either

If the job role is outside of the care sector, education and not on the immigration shortage list it will have to meet £38,700.
