I dont know if this is a simple or a complex situation.

I am in the UK on Teir1 General until August 2011 (Approved with HSMP approval letter).
My wife in the dependant visa of the same. She is expecting a baby, due in May 2009, she is travelling to India for her delivery.

My question is whether I have to apply for dependant visa for my baby with VAF 10 (PBS form) or VAF2 with the visa fees of 600GBP or with transitional arrangement fee of 200GBP.

I am definetely sure of the maintainance fund, document required but not the application form and fees. I am totally confused.

Hi

With all these changes recently, from HSMP to Teir1. I have got this confusion. If anybody done recently or could advice me on getting visa for the newborn in India.

I understood that I have to appy Teir1 dependant, with Rs.48000. Is this correct.
Anyone in similiar situation.
