Can we switch from care visa to Chefs or not.

Morning all,
Got Chefs cos before 2 weeks and applied switching from care skilled visa to chefs because company didnt give me job and told me to find new sponsor.

I did priority service but still waiting for result.

Is anyone got visa through that or not. please advice.

Did you pay money to your care visa sponsor, and then find that once you arrived in the UK that the position didn't exist?

There is no legal barrier to switching to a chef role. You will have to find a sponsor to offer you a role and apply as a fresh new application with all the fees to be paid again.
