Name in wrong order on application

Got the dependant name in wrong order ie Given name and family name (ie John Smith as Smith John) the other way round and did not realise till I downloaded the application cope after paying the fees.
I have submitted it anyway with a letter attached stating the error.
Is that going to be a problem at all.

Should not be, they will go with name as stated on official document passport.

Just a quick update: I just uploaded an additional letter mentioning the error, there was no problems at all, visa was issued in the correct name.
