Spouse Visa Income

Hi guys i have a question about declaring income for spouse visa. Im a partner of the applicant, In my sa302 or Self assesment Tax return from last financial year, papers shows that from self employment i got 15k and employment 7k all together 22k.

In the spouse visa application i have to choose income options Only self employment and show this papers to reach the income minimium?

Or i have to declare it in a different way?

Im currently only self employed, and that other employment job was just for 3 months.
