ILR - Qualifying period

Post by anuje » Wed Dec 31, 2008 10:20 pm

hi,
I am applying for my ILR soon on WP basis, but i am worried about my absences in 5 years.I will briefly explain

Total days absent in 5 years ( 2004-2009) - 124 days. No single absence for more then 90 days.

Maximum absence are is in year 2006& 2007 - 49 days( 4 different occasions) + 39 days ( 2 different occasions) respectively.
Absence in last year - 10 days

Annual leave allowed in job are 28 days per annum, but i carried unused annual leave to next year( this explains extra days in 2006 and 2007)

All holidays were paid, no unpaid annual leave. I will appreciate if some one kindly whther these days are within eligibility period.
Kind regards
anu
