Can I apply for 5 year uk visit visa for my parents?

Hi,

My parents have visited me three times in the UK on 6-month visit visas:
1st Visit: 2012
2nd Visit: 2013
3rd Visit: 2022

Their applications for UK visit visas have never been refused.

They have also visited my brother in the UAE at least once every year in the last 5 years.

I want to apply for a 5-year UK visit visa for them to save them the hassle of visiting visa application centre again and again. Since their last visa was 6 months, should I now apply for a 2-year visa or is it ok to go straight for a 5-year visa?

If you can afford it, go for the 10 years instead of the 5 years visa. Difference in price is marginal in my opinion.
