I've benefited from your support in the past, and I'm reaching out once again for assistance with my wife's ILR application.

I would be grateful if you could provide insights into the following questions:

1. What is the minimum financial requirement for the application?
2. We both earn a total of £18,600. Which option should I select in the financial section?
3. Her visa is expiring in May, and we plan to apply in April. Can we apply within the 28-day period?
4. Is it necessary to submit the 12-month payslips?

Your guidance on these matters would be highly appreciated.

Yes, but that is just the form to apply for ILR. You need to find out which category you intend to use in order to satisfy the financial requirements.

I am sorry if I am coming back again for this question:

I have read the guide but I am not sure which option to select as Iam earling almost £13000 before tax and my wife is earning almost £7000 before tax. I want to combine the salary through the guide its ok but I am not sure which option to select from the form:

I am working for more than 1 year - same employer
Wife is working for almost 7 months - same employer

What type of employment is this? - Permanent


When did the current employment begin? - Date I entered

Have they been employed by the same employer for the last 6 months prior to the date of application?
(Required) - Yes


What do they earn?
(Required)

The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount

The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount

Also, do I have to add my wife's income as well but how? Like in a cover letter?
